Refund and Cancellation Policy

Punjab Ghar Toolkit is a digital product delivered through email/download link after successful payment.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided after the download link has been issued.

If payment is deducted but the download email is not received, contact support with your payment ID and registered email. We will verify and resend the files.

Duplicate payments or failed delivery cases can be reviewed manually and refunded where applicable.
